Engagements for paid services (automation builds, TMS administration, digital strategy retainers, etc.) are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
